Each subscription is for individual use only. Users may not share credentials or allow others to access the platform using their login. Accounts found sharing access will be terminated immediately.
4. Subscription and Payment
Fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable. We reserve the right to change pricing with advance notice.
5. Acceptable Use
Users may not resell or redistribute platform outputs, reverse engineer the platform, scrape data using automated means, or use the platform to make actual financial decisions without independent professional due diligence.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, algorithms, models, scoring methodologies, and software are owned by Atlas Intelligence and protected by applicable law.
7. Simulation Outputs Disclaimer
All outputs are mathematical model results based on user inputs for informational purposes only and are not guarantees, predictions, or professional recommendations.
8. Limitation of Liability
Atlas Intelligence is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform. Total liability is capped at the amount paid in the prior 12 months.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.
